## The four orbits

Your business sits at the centre. Around it are the four places it wins or loses customers.

- **Reach.** More of the right people find you, and what they find makes them want to get in touch. Website ($1,490), Google profile (care plan, from $149/month), review requests ($1,500).
- **Acquire.** Every enquiry answered in a minute, booked in, and followed up if it goes quiet. Instant reply ($1,500), booking and follow-up ($1,500), every lead logged (included in any sprint).
- **Convert.** Quotes go out the same day and get followed up until there's a yes or a no. Same-day quotes, quote follow-up, call notes to next step ($2,500 medium sprint).
- **Expand.** Customers you've already won come back, rebook and refer. Reactivation, rebooking reminders, referral asks ($1,500 each).

Built in Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Xero, running on n8n or Make with Claude doing the reading and drafting. You own every login. Nothing reaches a customer until you've signed off the wording.

## How it works

1. Free Ops Review, 45 minutes by video. We walk the four orbits with your numbers and find the one slowing the rest.
2. Fixed quote, within two working days.
3. Baseline. Your numbers recorded before anything changes, so the result can be shown, not claimed.
4. Build and test. Built in your accounts, tested ten times on real examples, scored with you.
5. Live. 30 days of fixes included, then a care plan unless you opt out. Numbers re-checked at 30 and 90 days.

## Founding prices (AUD, excluding GST)

Lower prices for the first ten clients, in return for a case study. Prices step up after every three clients and reach the standard rate in April 2027.

50% to book your start date, the rest when it goes live. No hourly billing. Founding clients agree to a case study after approving the text, plus one 20-minute feedback call. A review is never a condition.

## FAQ

### What if the AI says something wrong to a customer?

Nothing reaches a customer without your approval until you decide it's ready to run on its own, and every automated step is tested ten times on real examples first. You can switch any step back to manual at any time.

### Where does my customers' data go?

It stays in your accounts. I build inside your own Google or Microsoft account, your CRM and your own AI account, and delete anything I needed for the build when the job ends.

### Who owns the website and the automation?

You do, once it's paid for. The domain, the site, the workflows and the logins are all in your name.

### How will I know it worked?

We record your numbers before the build, such as enquiries a week, reply time and how many quotes go ahead, then measure them again 30 and 90 days after go-live. No result is promised in advance; you see the before and after.

### Why are the founding prices so much lower?

I'm building my portfolio. Founding clients get the same work at a lower price in exchange for letting me show it and write it up as a case study.
